Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Schnellx website, mobile application, or WhatsApp booking service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Schnellx ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Bookings and Confirmations

Bookings can be made through our website, via our mobile application, or by contacting our WhatsApp number at +201111119411.

2. Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed through electronic payment gateways.

Accepted payment methods: Visa and Mastercard.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of cancellation charges.

Cancellation fees apply to cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.

Refunds for cancellations outside the specified timeframe may be subject to cancellation fees.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

4. No-Shows

No-shows, where the client fails to be present for the scheduled service without prior notice, are non-refundable.

5. Service Disruptions or Failures

In the event of service disruptions or failures due to unforeseen circumstances (such as vehicle breakdown or severe weather conditions), we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution or reschedule the service.

If alternative arrangements cannot be made, the value of the affected or failed service will be refunded.

6. Promotional or Discounted Bookings

Refunds for promotional or discounted bookings may be subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking.

7. Vehicle Safety and Maintenance

Our vehicles undergo regular maintenance to ensure safety and cleanliness.

Our drivers are licensed professionals who adhere to traffic laws.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy protection laws.

Customer information is used solely for service provision purposes and may be shared with necessary third-party service providers.
